Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy maintains consistency and fairness for everyone, and thank you for your understanding and commitment to this policy. In our dedication to educational excellence, we offer smaller class sizes for optimal student-to-instructor ratios, and when needed, complemented by teaching assistant(s). Each workshop seat holds significant value.

Please be aware that some workshops are offered through other sponsoring organizations who manage registration; consequently, the sponsor’s cancellation and refund policy supersede this policy.

In-Person Workshops
All in-person workshop seats are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure a seat, payment of tuition is mandatory at the time of registration for in-person workshops. This policy applies regardless of enrollment date. Workshop registration closes when the maximum number of students is reached or three (3) business days before the workshop start date.

Payment Plan Default
Sanctuary Healing Arts-sponsored workshops offer tuition payment plans that are available up to ninety (90) days before the workshop start date. The final payment must be completed fourteen (14) days before the workshop start date. Failure to pay or defaulting on the workshop tuition as outlined here may result in cancellation of registree's seat following the cancellation parameters below. Note that some workshop sponsors may offer their own payment plans.

Registree Cancellation
Cancellation of a workshop registration requires the registeree to complete the Workshop Cancellation Request Form by the following deadlines:

  • Up to sixty (60) days prior to the published workshop start date:
    Tuition may be transferred to a future workshop sponsored by Sanctuary Healing Arts LLC with a $50 workshop transfer fee.
    OR
    Tuition may be refunded to the original form of payment less a $150 cancellation fee.

  • Within sixty (60) days or less prior to the published workshop start date, including no-show registrations:
    Tuition is not eligible for a refund or tuition transfer.

Workshop Cancellation
If Sanctuary Healing Arts LLC cancels a workshop due to low enrollment (below the contractual required minimum number of students), each registered student will be notified by email to their registration email address. If a sudden emergency requires canceling the workshop, each registered student will be notified by email to their registration email address with two (2) options: 

  • Tuition may be transferred to a future workshop sponsored by Sanctuary Healing Arts
    OR

  • Tuition refund to the original form of payment.

Travel
Scheduling generous (not tight) travel time, plus securing travel insurance, is highly recommended. Sanctuary Healing Arts LLC is not responsible for unexpected travel or other schedule delays or changes, or travel or other expenses related to in-person workshop registration and participation.

Illness & Emergency
Sanctuary Healing Arts LLC does not have a standardized COVID, illness or emergency policy, and considers these situations on a case-by-case basis, if and when they arise. with registree communicating via hello@sanctuaryhealingartsllc.com.

Online Courses & Digital Products
All purchases of online courses and digital products are considered final; therefore, refunds or transfers are not available.
